Rogue To Go

Simple Café is proud to have been one of the five Ashland restaurants to pilot the Rogue to Go reusable takeout container program. While Simple Cafe had its own eco-box program since opening, it was immediately apparent that it was inconvenient for customers to have to plan when they would be eating at Simple and remember their box. It was clear that a city-wide program would be more convenient and have a greater impact on the use of disposables. Thus, Rogue to Go was a welcome opportunity!

The program recently expanded to eight participating restaurants, including two in Medford. The distinct green box has been spotted in other places as well, including the Rogue Valley Farmers Markets.
