My entire office is madly in love with Simple Cafe. Nowhere else will you find such fresh, consistent, lovingly prepared and delicious meals. We all make it a point to get Simple at least once a week, every time exclaiming to one another, 'I think I could eat this literally every day; A great place to sit outside and enjoy a meal or take it to go, Simple is easily the best place to eat in Ashland.
Simple cafe is sooooo delicious! My favorite is the curry tofu bowl. Such fresh ingredients and the perfect spiciness with the sauce! The family is so friendly and kind, it makes going such a pleasure!
Honestly just the thought of getting Simple Cafe makes me hungry. And I’m not alone. I have yet to have anyone turn me down when I suggest going. Even people who are midway through their own meals! That’s the magic of it all. Just Drool-worthy. Plus the people, oh the people!! Y’all are amazing and make everyone feel like we all have a special connection and friendship. It’s like a club for the whole community.

Simple cafe has the best burrito bowls! They are always fresh and hot and are the perfect lunch spot when I’m at work and have forgotten my lunch! I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and my order is always ready when I call it in. You have my husband’s favorite hamburgers too!
