On a busy day, Simple Cafe is one of my favorite places to get nourishing food to eat, not only because no matter what item I pick off the menu the ingredients will be fresh and healthy, but also because the food is prepared by a chef who understands the essence of the ingredients he uses. Their ginger lemonade is the best!

My entire office is madly in love with Simple Cafe. Nowhere else will you find such fresh, consistent, lovingly prepared and delicious meals. We all make it a point to get Simple at least once a week, every time exclaiming to one another, ‘I think I could eat this literally every day’. A great place to sit outside and enjoy a meal or take it to go, Simple is easily the best place to eat in Ashland.
